Submissions to the journal website are received by the Editor-in-chief who directly manages the manuscript. The manuscripts will be checked for content, plagiarisms, language and journal style. Once the journal meets such criteria, it will be sent to two qualified reviewers (double blind peer review). The manuscript will be sent to a third one in case of split decision. Based on the reviewer’s recommendation the Editor-in-chief decides if the manuscripts accepted or rejected.
